Quantamatic specialise in the manufacture of small precision turned parts in high volume, using fully automated Swiss coil fed Escomatic and Star CNC machines. We are now the largest company specialising in the use of Escomatic machines in the Midlands and the fastest growing producer of quality small turned parts in the country, with a capacity of up to 20mm outside diameter, now exporting to the EEC, USA and the Far East.
All our processes are aligned with our BS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. (certificate number FM 13395)
We are able provide product documentation in line with the ISO/TS 16949 (PPAP) Quality Management standard, as per customer specific requirements.
